How Do Buyer Agents Get Paid?
We reinvest over 30% of our revenues into agency and listing marketing. These advertising efforts drive traffic to our website and social media channels, which in turn drives traffic to our listings. We often find buyers directly through these means, however, buyer’s agents are sometimes involved. When a buyer’s agent is involved we negotiate a 2% buyer’s fee instead of the standard 2.5-3% fee to save our clients additional money.
How Do You Only Charge $6,550?
We’ve sold over 50 homes in just the first 6 months of 2021. By investing deeply in marketing and technology we’re able to simplify the listing process, finding buyers faster and attracting a greater number of clients.
